How we use your information.

Website inquiries

When you submit an inquiry, we store your email address, the time of your submission, and the version of the signup notice. We use this information to follow up on your interest in Allowable AI or your request about information you previously submitted. Submitting an inquiry does not create an account.

Storage and access

Inquiry records are stored in private storage and are accessible to the team operating this website. They are not displayed publicly. Please use this form only for your email address, not confidential client or matter information.

Visitor analytics

We use Umami and Vercel Web Analytics for visitor counts, page views, referring sites, and approximate locations. Umami also measures visit duration, browser performance, clicks to our signup page, and completed signups. Umami uses IP address and browser information to generate anonymous visitor identifiers; it does not store raw IP addresses. Neither dashboard tells us who a visitor is.

We remove URL fragments and query parameters, except simple campaign labels sent to Umami. We do not send email addresses or form contents to analytics. We respect Do Not Track, and you can exclude your browser from both services using the control in the footer. That preference is stored locally in your browser.

Communications

We contact you to follow up on your inquiry. To request a follow-up about your information, including deletion or stopping communications, leave your email through our contact form. You can explain your request when we respond. This website does not send an automatic welcome email.
